Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan ambiguitas peran, konflik peran dan pengembangan karir terhadap intention to stay pada kelompok pekerja usia milenial pada karyawan yang bekerja di PT. TMC. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap yang bekerja di PT. TMC dan berada pada kelompok usia generasi milenial, yaitu sebanyak 84 responden. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang dipakai adalah analisis deskriptif dengan cara menganalisa data melalui aplikasi Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel ambiguitas peran, konflik peran dan pengembangan karir memiliki hubungan yang berpengaruh terhadap intention to stay pada karyawan di PT. TMC. Kata kunci : Ambiguitas peran, konflik peran, pengembangan karir, intention to stay karyawan The basic objective of this study is to analyze the relationship of role ambiguity, role conflict and career development on intention to stay in the millennial group of employees working at PT. TMC. The object of this study is permanent employees work at PT. TMC and includes in the millennial group, which have 84 respondents. This type of research is causal with a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis by the Partial Least Square (PLS) application with SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicated role ambiguity has a significant negative correlation to intention to stay while role conflict and career development have a significant positive correlation to intention to stay on employees at PT.
