Abstract

The crisis of water availability due to the long dry season caused the water flow of the Cisadane River to become dry, which affected the water service for residents of Tangerang City. The Cisadane River is the raw material for clean water managed by various water service companies. Many people complain about the quantity and quality of water caused by the dry Cisadane River. Seeing these problems, it is necessary to recalculate the mainstay discharge in clean water sources. This calculation is needed so that the fulfillment of clean water needs is in accordance with the existing potential. The existing water potential is expected to be used as an indicator in the amount of fulfillment of water needs for the regional community, so that water can be used sustainably and the development of water resources needs to be implemented appropriately. in searching for the mainstay debit the method used is the FJ method. Mock, and to project water requirements using geometric methods. The calculation results of the FJ Mock method obtained the mainstay discharge value of Maximum Mainstay Debit occurred in 2017, namely Q80 simulation = 74,295 m3 / sec, observation Q80 = 73,875 m3 / sec, and simulation Q90 = 56,663 m3 / sec, Q90 observation = 59,347 m3 / sec . While the number of minimum reliable debits for Irrigation needs (Q80) and Clean Water Needs (Q90) for 10 years (2008 - 2017) occurred in 2016, namely Q80 simulation = 22,868 m3 / sec, Q80 observation = 11,919 m3 / sec, and Q90 simulation = 12,660 m3 / sec, Q90 observation = 11,919 m3 / sec. For the calculation of irrigation water requirements based on the rice and secondary cropping pattern amounting to 9,484 m3 / sec. With the rapid increase in population in the city of Tangerang water demand has also increased, in 2017 the need for normal clean water is 10,503 m3 / sec and in 2037 the need for normal clean water is estimated at 16,818 m3 / sec. The maximum day of clean water needs (FHM) in 2017 is 12,078 m3 / sec and in 2037 it is 19,340 m3 / sec. While the need for peak hours (FJP) in 2017 amounted to 24,852 m3 / sec and in 2037 (projected 20 years) was obtained at 34,810 m3 / sec. Krisis ketersediaan air karena musim kemarau panjang yang menyebabkan debit air Sungai Cisadane yang menjadi kering, sehingga berimbas terhadap pelayanan air bersih bagi warga Kota Tangerang. Sungai Cisadane yang menjadi bahan baku air bersih yang dikelola oleh berbagai perusahaan pelayanan air. Masyarakat banyak yang mengeluhkan kuantitas serta kualitas air yang disebabkan oleh Sungai Cisadane yang kering. Melihat permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan perhitungan kembali debit andalan pada sumber-sumber air bersih. Perhitungan ini diperlukan agar pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersih sesuai dengan potensi yang ada. Potensi air yang ada diharapkan dapat dijadikan indikator dalam jumlah pemenuhan kebutuhan air untuk komunitas wilayah, sehingga air dapat dimanfaatkan secara berkelanjutan dan pengembangan sumber daya air perlu dilaksanakan dengan tepat. dalam mencari debit andalan metode yang digunakan adalah metode FJ. Mock, dan untuk memproyeksikan kebutuhan air menggunakan metode geometrik. Hasil perhitungan metode FJ Mock didapat nilai debit Andalan Debit Andalan Maksimum terjadi terjadi pada tahun 2017 yaitu Q80 simulasi = 74,295 m3/det, Q80 observasi = 73,875 m3/det, dan Q90 simulasi = 56,663 m3/det, Q90 observasi = 59,347 m3/det. Sedangkan jumlah debit andalan minimum untuk kebutuhan Irigasi (Q80) dan Kebutuhan Air Bersih (Q90) selama 10 tahun (2008 - 2017) terjadi pada tahun 2016 yaitu Q80 simulasi = 22,868 m3/det, Q80 observasi = 11,919 m3/det, dan Q90 simulasi = 12,660 m3/det, Q90 observasi = 11,919 m3/det. Untuk perhitungan kebutuhan air irigasi berdasarkan pola tanam padi dan palawija adalah sebesar 9,484 m3/det. Dengan pesatnya pertambahan penduduk di Kota Tangerang kebutuhan air pun meningkat, pada tahun 2017 kebutuhan air bersih normal sebesar 10,503 m3/det dan pada tahun 2037 kebutuhan air bersih normal diperkirakan sebesar 16,818 m3/det. Kebutuhan air bersih pada hari maksimum (FHM) pada tahun 2017 sebesar 12,078 m3/detik dan pada tahun 2037 sebesar 19,340 m3/detik. Sedangkan kebutuhan pada jam puncak (FJP) tahun 2017 sebesar 24,852 m3/det dan pada tahun 2037 (proyeksi 20 tahun) didapat sebesar 34,810 m3/det.
