Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effects of Job Training, Leadership, and Job Stress on Employee Performance at PT MKI (Head Office) Tangerang, especially for the Staff, Supervisor and Assistant Manager level. This research used a quantitative approach with explanatory survey method and was taken during September 2017 – March 2018. The population being researched were 51 employees of PT MKI (Head Office) Tangerang. The sampling method used is a saturated sampling method with non-probability sampling technique. The method of analysis used a linear multiple regression by the help of SPSS software Version 22.0 for Windows. The results showed that only the Leadership variable had a positive and significant influenced on Employee Performance in the Staff, Supervisor and Assistant Manager level of PT MKI, mean while Job Training and Job Stress did not have significant influences on Employee Performance. It is suggested that PT MKI (Kantor Pusat) Tangerang should improve its Leadership quality in order to improve its Employee Performance. Keywords : Job Training, Leadership, Job Stress, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja, Kepemimpinan dan Stres Kerja di PT MKI (Kantor Pusat) Tangerang, terutama untuk level Staf, Supervisor dan Asisten Manajer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory survey dan diambil selama bulan September 2017-Maret 2018. Populasi yang diteliti adalah 51 karyawan PT MKI (Kantor Pusat) Tangerang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sampel jenuh dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probabilitas. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS versi 22.0 untuk Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya variabel Kepemimpinan yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada level Staf, Supervisor dan Asisten Manajer, sedangkan Pelatihan Kerja dan Stres Kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, sehingga disarankan PT MKI (Kantor Pusat) Tangerang harus meningkatkan kualitas Kepemimpinan untuk meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawannya.
