Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work environment and job stress on the turnover intention of PT. Milenia Multivisi. The object of this research are employees who work at PT. Milenia Multivisi to the operations and sales division. This study was conducted on 40 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturation sampling that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the variables of organizational commitment have a negative and not significant effect on turnover intention, work environment has a significant positive and not significant effect on turnover intention, and job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention of PT. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Work Environment, Job Stress, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan stress kerja terhadap turnover intention PT. Milenia Multivisi. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Milenia Multivisi pada divisi operasional dan penjualan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 40 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan stress kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada PT.
