Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, stress work and transformational leadership on turnover. The population in this study were 50 employees of PT. Trias Indra Saputra. The sample used is all the total population. The method of data collection uses a survey method, with research instruments being questionnaires. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This research proves that Compensation has a negative and significant effect on Turn over. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on Turn Over. Transformational leadership has a negative and significant effect on Turn Over Keywords: Compensation, Job Stress, Transformational Leadership, Turnover Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kompensasi, stress kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap turnover. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan PT. Trias Indra Saputra. Sample yang digunakan adalah semua total populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turn over. Stress kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turn over. Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap Turn over Kata kunci : Kompensasi, Stress kerja, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Turnover
