Abstract
This study aims to analyze the positive and significant influence of the variable customer trust, service quality, price on customer purchasing decisions Moyapoya online shop. The population of this research is Moyapoya customers who are on insragram, facebook and wathshap Group with the start of midterm economy class, aged between 15 to 50 years. While the number of samples is 120 samples. Quantitative analysis method using multiple linear regression equation analysis, followed by determination analysis (R Square), partial hypothesis testing (t test) and simultaneous (F test) and simultaneous using SPSS Version 22. The results showed that customer trust, service quality , the price has a positive and significant effect on customer purchasing decisions partially and simultaneously. Keyword: customer trust, service quality, price, customer purchasing decisions Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variable kepercayaan pelanggan, kualitas layanan, harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan Moyapoya online shop. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Moyapoya baik yang berada di insragram, facebook maupun wathshap Group dengan starta kelas ekonomi menegah ke atas, umur antara 15 s/d 50 tahun. Sedangkan banyaknya sampel adalah 120 sampel. Metode analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis persamaan regresi linear berganda, dilanjutkan dengan analisis determinasi (R Square), pengujian hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) dan simultan (uji F) dan simultan memakai SPSS Versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan pelanggan, kualitas layanan, harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan secara parsial secara simultan .
