Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment and leadership style both simultaneously and partially to the employee performance of Indonesian Professional Certification Authority in Jakarta. This type of research is explanatory research. Total employee research population, Nonprobability sampling technique with saturated sampls determined samples of 34 employees as respondents. Data analysis with multiple linear regression. The research shows that organizational culture is the most dominant factor in the performance of employees. Organizational culture, organizational commitment, and leadership style have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. BNSP advice needs to provide recognition and a role for employees to develop themselves and provide appreciation and reward for employees who show good work performance. Keywords : Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, Leadership Style, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi di Jakarta. Jenis penelitian adalah explanatory research. Jumlah populasi penelitian seluruh karyawan, teknik pengambilan sampel Nonprobability dengan sampel jenuh ditentukan sampel sejumlah 34 karyawan sebagai responden. Analisa data dengan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan Budaya Organisasi menjadi faktor paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Gaya Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Saran BNSP perlu memberikan pengakuan dan peran kepada karyawan untuk mengembangkan diri serta memberikan apresiasi dan reward bagi karyawan yang menunjukan prestasi kerja yang baik.
