Abstract
This study aims to determine and to analyze the influence of job satisfaction, job stress and work environment on turnover intention at PT. Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk. The methods of data collection using survey method, wtih the research instrument is a questionnaire using a likert scale. This research was conducted on 57 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach and hypothesis testing. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that job satisfaction has a negative and significant impact on turnover intention. Job stress has a positive and significant impacy on turnover intention. The work environment has a negative and significant impact on turnover intention. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, Work Environment and Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT. Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey, instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 57 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Stres Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Turnover Intention
