Abstract
The study, entitled The Effect of Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction how much influence the product quality and pricing to customer satisfaction By using the tools of data collection via questionnaires. By using multiple regression tests. The results show that the proven product quality variables (X1) and Price (X2) has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y). . Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Customer Satisfaction, multiple regression, SPSS Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Dengan mengunakan pengumpul data melalui kuesioner, metode pengujian regresi berganda. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa terbukti variabel Kualitas Produk (X1) dan Harga (X2) mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y). Kata kunci : Kualitas Produk, Harga, Kepuasan pelanggan, Regresi Berganda, SPSS
