Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 karyawan Frontliner, dihitung berdasarkan sampel jenuh. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik non probality sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunkan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : beban kerja, kompensasi, komitmen organisasi, kinerja karyawan. This study aims to analyze the impact of workload, compensation and organizational commitment to employee performance. Population in this research is 60 Frontliner employees, calculated based on a saturated samples. The sampling method uses a non probality sampling . The methods of data collection using survey method, with research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis methods using Partial Least Square. This research proves that workloads has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitments has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords : workload, compensation, organizational commitment, employee performance.
