Abstract

This research is aim to analyze the influence of Work Environment, Leadership, and Compensation to Work Motivation of the employee. This research object are the employee of PT Gapura Dwi Pratama where located at East Jakarta. This research population are 67 respondends. The collecting sample method is using saturated sampling. The collecting data method is using survey method, with the questionnaire research instrument. The data analyze method is using Partial Least Square with SmartPLS program 3.0. The result of this research proving that Work Environment, Leadership, and Compensation have positive and significant influence to Employee Work Motivation. Keyword : Work Environment, Leadership, and Compensation, Motivation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Kepemimpinan, dan Kompensasi terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT. Gapura Dwi Pratama yang berlokasi di Jakarta Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pt. Gapura Dwi Pratama yang berjumlah 67 responden. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 67 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian dengan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis Partian Least Square (PLS) dengan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan dan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Kepemimpinan, dan Kompensasi, Motivasi.
