Abstract

mortar weight determination in 1 m3 and absolute volume calculation. Comparison of cement and fine aggregate 1: 2 with a value of cement water factor (fas) of 0.5%, addition of a mixture of fly ash with variations of FA12%, FA15%, FA18%, FA21%, FA30%, FA40% for determining optimum content in the mixture mortar by testing the compressive strength of cylindrical specimens in the Laboratory. The prefabricated ferrocement wall products with dimensions of 120cm x 60cm x 3cm were carried out flexural strength testing at the Center for Structural Strength Technology. Based on the results of the research for the value of compressive strength of the specimens obtained the optimum value of age 7 days on cylindrical mortar specimens obtained an average compressive strength of 34.93 Mpa and the age of 28 days obtained a compressive strength of 46.13 Mpa for the use of 18% fly ash content with 24.28% increase in compressive strength. 28 days of compressive strength testing the value of compressive strength on mortar specimens increased, on 12% fly ash obtained compressive strength 45,84 Mpa increased 30.32%, on 15% fly ash obtained compressive strength 44,56 Mpa increase 24 , 62%, on 21% fly ash obtained compressive strength of 45.87 Mpa increase of 28.25%, on 30% fly ash obtained compressive strength 45.49 Mpa increase 30.50%, on fly ash 40% obtained strong value press 42.82 MPa increase of 33.41%. Testing of flexural strength on precast ferrocement walls with dimensions of 120cm x 60cm x 3cm with the addition of mesh wire obtained the maximum load (P): 4.831 kN and obtained a bending test value of 3.35 Mpa. The Calculation of nominal strength moments on precast walls is 966200 Nmm. . Keywords: Levels of Fly Ash, Prefabricated Ferrocement Wall, Testing of Compressive Strength and Bending Strength. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan teknologi bahan bangunan dengan mencari alternatif mengenai bahan campuran pada produk ferrocement dinding pracetak dengan perhitungan mix desain penentuan berat mortar dalam 1 m3 dan perhitungan volume absolut. Perbandingan semen dan agregat halus 1:2 dengan nilai faktor air semen (fas) 0,5% , penambahan campuran fly ash dengan variasi FA12%, FA15%, FA18%, FA21%, FA30%, FA40% untuk penentuan kadar optimum pada campuran mortar dengan pengujian kuat tekan benda uji silinder di Laboratorium. Produk ferrocement dinding pracetak dengan dimensi 120cm x 60cm x 3cm dilakukan pengujian kuat lentur di Balai Besar Teknologi Kekuatan Struktur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian untuk nilai kuat tekan benda uji didapat nilai optimum umur 7 hari pada benda uji silinder mortar diperoleh kuat tekan rata-rata 34,93 Mpa dan umur 28 hari diperoleh nilai kuat tekan 46,13 Mpa pada pemakaian kadar fly ash 18% dengan peningkatan kuat tekan 24,28%. Pengetesan kuat tekan umur 28 hari nilai kuat tekan pada benda uji mortar terjadi peningkatan, pada fly ash 12% diperoleh nilai kuat tekan 45,84 Mpa peningkatan 30,32%, pada fly ash 15% diperoleh nilai kuat tekan 44,56 Mpa peningkatan 24,62%, pada fly ash 21% diperoleh nilai kuat tekan 45,87 Mpa peningkatan 28,25%, pada fly ash 30% diperoleh nilai kuat tekan 45,49 Mpa peningkatan 30,50%, pada fly ash 40% diperoleh nilai kuat tekan 42,82 Mpa peningkatan 33,41% . Pengujian kuat lentur pada ferrocemen dinding pracetak dengan dimensi 120cm x 60cm x 3cm dengan penambahan kawat jala diperoleh beban maksimum ( P ) : 4,831 kN dan didapat nilai uji lentur sebesar 3,35 Mpa. Perhitungan momen kekuatan nominal pada dinding pracetak sebesar 966200Nmm. Kata Kunci : Kadar Fly Ash, Ferrocement Dinding Pracetak, Pengujian Kuat Tekan dan Kuat Lentur.
