Abstract
Some studies declare that Turnover intention is influenced by job satisfaction and organizational culture, but in manufacturing companies there are organizational commitment factors that have not been studied empirically. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on turnover intention and organizational commitment at once research, and how far the organizational commitment mediates this effect.Research data used questionnaire results from 210 employees who have worked at least one year and they are permanent employees at factory area of PT Trisinar Indopratama located in Tangerang. The analytical method used is Structural equation modeling (SEM) with Lisrel 8.8 as a tool. The result of the research shows that organizational culture and job satisfaction have positive and significant influence to job satisfaction. Organizational culture has negative and significant effect on turnover intention, whereas the influence of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention is not significant. The organizational commitment mediation function proved to have a positive and significant impact on turnover intention. This indicates if the company wants to decrease Turnover Intention, it must improve the organizational culture and job satisfaction so that form the commitment of employees to the organization . Keywords: Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention, Manufacturing Beberapa penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa Turnover intention dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi, tapi pada perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur ada faktor komitmen organisasi yang belum diteliti secara empiris. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention dan komitmen organisasi sekaligus meneliti bagaimana dan sejauh mana komitmen organisasi memediasi efek ini. Data penelitian menggunakan hasil kuesioner dari 210 karyawan yang telah bekerja minimal satu tahun dan merupakan karyawan tetap di PT Trisinar Indopratama area pabrik Tangerang.Metode analisa yang digunakan adalah Structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan Lisrel 8.8 sebagai alatnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja masing-masing berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Budaya Organiasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention sedangkan pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intension tidak signifikan.Fungsi mediasi komitmen organisasi terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Hal ini menunjukkan jika perusahaan ingin menurunkan Turnover Intention, maka harus meningkatkan budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan sehingga terbentuk komitmen karyawan terhadap organisasinya.
