Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of internal and external perception of the job satisfaction, driver trust, and job commitment as well as its impact on the loyalty driver gojek at Jabodetabek. The research was conducted on the driver gojek of PT Gojek Indonesia. The data collection is done by survey method. Questionnaires were distributed to gojek driver who had worked at least 6 months with 398 samples. Data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that working Loyalty is negatively influenced by the beliefs and work commitments. While the application system, the economic benefits, corporate reputation significant effect on job satisfaction and also competition, perceptions of economic and regulatory conditions also significantly affect trust. On the other hand job satisfaction positively affect confidence and impact on work commitment. And this is an impact on the level of loyalty given by the driver Gojek PT Gojek Indonesia. Keywords: System application, the economic benefits, job satisfaction, driver trust, commitment, job loyalty Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh persepsi internal dan eksternal perusahaan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepercayaan pengemudi, & komitmen kerja serta dampaknya pada loyalitas pengemudi gojek di Jabodetabek Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap pengemudi gojek dari PT Gojek Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei. Kuesioner disebar kepada pengemudi gojek yang sudah bekerja minimal 6 bulan sebanyak 398 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Loyalitas kerja secara negatif dipengaruhi oleh kepercayaan pengemudi dan komitmen kerja. Sedangkan sistem aplikasi, benefit ekonomi, reputasi perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan juga persaingan, persepsi kondisi ekonomi dan regulasi juga secara signifikan mempengaruhi kepercayaan. Disisi lain kepuasan kerja positif mempengaruhi kepercayaan pengemudi dan berdampak pada komitmen kerja. Dan hal ini berimbas pada tingkat loyalitas yang diberikan oleh pengemudi Gojek di PT Gojek Indonesia.
