Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, organizational commitment and work environment on employee performance at PT. The essence of Buana's solution. This study used a quantitative approach. The population in this study is employees of PT. The essence of Solusi Buana was 90 employees, and the entire population was taken into a sample, this study used Saturated Sampling, the technique used to collect data was a field study which included observation, interviews and questionnaires measured by Likert Scale.The analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test using SPSS software version 27. The results of this study show that partially the Leadership variable has a positive but not significant effect, while the Organizational Commitment and Work Environment variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of PT Employees. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Esensi Solusi Buana. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Esensi Solusi Buana sejumlah 90 karyawan, dan seluruh populasi diambil menjadi sampel, penelitian ini digunakan Sampling Jenuh, teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah studi lapangan yang meliputi observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner yang diukur dengan Skala Likert.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji F dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan, sedangkan variabel Komitmen Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Esensi Solusi Buana. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja, kinerja karyawan.
