Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of promotion, transformational leadership, and work environment on employee performance. The population in this study were 83 employees of LPP TVRI DKI Jakarta Station, News Planning and Control Division. By using a causal quantitative approach. The method for taking the sample size uses a saturated sampling technique, namely taking the entire population. The data collection method is by distributing questionnaires directly using Google forms. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this research show that Position Promotion, Transformational Leadership, and the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Keywords: Position Promotion, Transformational Leadership, Work Environment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi jabatan, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 83 pegawai LPP TVRI Stasiun DKI Jakarta Divisi Perencanaan dan Pengendalian Berita. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif kausal. Metode pengambilan jumlah sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung menggunakan Google form. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Promosi Jabatan, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.
