Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of Work Discipline, Work Environment and Work Stress on work performance of employees who work at Pt.Perkalin West Jakarta. The population in this study were 84 employees who worked at PT. PERKALIN West Jakarta. The sample used was 84 employees. The sampling method uses saturated samples. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses the SPSS 25 application. The variables in this research are independent, namely Work Discipline, Work Environment and Work Stress and the dependent variable is Employee Performance. The research results show that Work Discipline has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, and Work Stress has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Environment, Work Stress, human resource management Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Stress Kerja terhadap Kinerja kerja pada karyawan yang bekerja di Pt.Perkalin Jakarta Barat. Populasi yang terdapat pada penelitian ini adalah 84 pegawai yang bekerja di PT. PERKALIN Jakarta Barat. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 84 pegawai. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah independen yaitu Disiplin Kerja, Lingkugan Kerja dan Stress Kerja serta variabel dependennya yaitu Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Stress Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
