Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Work Environment on the Performance of PT PGAS SOLUTION Employees. From this study, independent variables consist of Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Work Environment on the dependent variable, namely PT PGAS SOLUTION Employee Performance. The population in this study was employees of PT PGAS SOLUTION totaling 228 employees and the results of the respondents used were 40 employees using questionnaire distribution techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study uses a measurement model (outer model). Test Validity (Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity). Composite Reliability, Inner model hypothesis test (R square value, Goodness of Fit Model). Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to employees and processed using Smart PLS 3.0. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment, and Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT PGAS SOLUTION. Dari penelitian ini variable independent terdiri dari Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap variable dependent yaitu Kinerja Karyawan PT PGAS SOLUTION. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT PGAS SOLUTION yang berjumlah 228 karyawan dan hasil responden yang digunakan adalah 40 orang karyawan tetap menggunakan Teknik penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model pengukuran (outer model). Uji Validitas (Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity). Uji Reabilitas (Composite Reliability), Uji hipotesis inner model (Nilai R square, Goodness of Fit Model). Data dikumpulkan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada karyawan dan diolah menggunakan Smart PLS 3.0. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan
