Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, compensation and work environment on the job satisfaction of study employees in the Department PT Mitra Langgeng Sejati. The population in the study were 80 permanent employees at the company PT Mitra Langgeng Sejati. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to employees. Data analysis in this research uses an alternative method from Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), namely Partial Least Square (PLS). The first stage in the research was to test the validity of the questions for each variable along with their reliability. The second stage examines the relationship between transformational leadership, compensation, and work environment on employee job satisfaction. The results of this research state that transformational leadership and work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, while welfare has a positive but not significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Compensation, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kompensasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Studi pada Departmen PT. Mitra Langgeng Sejati . Populasi dalam penelitian adalah 80 karyawan tetap diperusahaan PT. Mitra Langgeng Sejati. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada karyawan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode alternatif dari Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS). Tahap pertama dalam penelitian untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, sedangkan kompensasi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.
