Abstract
This research aims to analyze and test the influence of work life balance, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura Kargo. The population in this study were 70 employees of PT Angkasa Pura Kargo. The sample used was 70 employees. The research design uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The sampling method uses saturated sampling. The sampling method uses a survey method with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-Partial Least Square. This research method uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis method using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this research prove that work life balance has no effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Life Balance, Work Discipline, Work Environment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji mengenai pengaruh work life balance, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Angkasa Pura Kargo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 70 karyawan PT Angkasa Pura Kargo. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 70 karyawan. Desain penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode survey dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan sofware SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa work life balance tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Work Life Balance, Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
