Abstract
This research is to determine the Influence of Leadership, Satisfaction, and Engagement on Employee Performance study at PT. Adhimix Precast Indonesia. The population contained in the study was 60 employees. The sample used was 60 people. The sample uses saturated sample or Non Probabilty Sampling. The data collection method uses the survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Data analysis methods using Statistical Product and Service Solutions. The results of the research conducted show that Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction, and Work Engagement have an influence on work performance. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction, and Work Engagement, Work Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan, dan Engagement terhadap Kinerja Karyawan studi pada PT. Adhimix Precast Indonesia. Populasi yang terdapat dalam penelitian adalah 60 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 orang. Sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh atau Non Probabilty Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions. Hasil dalam penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukah Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Job Satisfaction, dan Keterikatan Kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja kerja.
