Abstract

Along with the rapid increase in internet services in Indonesia, making rapid growth in the online sales system or commonly known as an online business. Changes in consumer behavior, which currently carry out many online buying and selling activities, have forced companies to integrate into digital media, including micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). By using social media as a means to market or sell goods, it will be very easy to determine and also reach a predetermined target market. Like Sevendor.Id who has trusted the Designer and Team to help develop the business on social media platforms, especially Instagram social media. The effort made by the designer is to design Sevendor.Id's Instagram social media content to build brand awareness on Instagram social media. The designer designed content for Instagram Sevendor with three main ideas, namely promotional, educational, and informative content. The designer and team have conducted a survey to determine the level of brand awareness of Sevendor.Id. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to Sevendor.Id consumers, Instagram account followers and Sevendor.Id Shopee. The level of Sevendor.Id's brand awareness based on the results of the survey that has been carried out has reached a level. Keywords: Brand Awareness, Instagram, Sevendor.Id. Seiring dengan pesatnya peningkatan layanan internet di Indonesia, membuat pertumbuhan yang cepat pada system penjualan online atau yang biasa dikenal dengan bisnis online. Perubahan perilaku konsumen yang saat ini banyak melakukan kegiatan jual beli secara online membuat perusahaan ikut berintegrasi ke media digital termasuk usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Dengan menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana untuk memasarkan ataupun menjual barang akan sangat memudahkan dalam menentukan dan juga menjangkau target pasar yang telah ditentukan. Seperti Sevendor.Id yang telah mempercayai Perancang dan Tim untuk membantu mengembangkan usaha tersebut pada platform media sosial, khusunya media sosial Instagram. Upaya yang dilakukan Perancang ialah merancang konten media sosial Instagram Sevendor.Id untuk membangun brand awareness pada media sosial Instagram. Perancang merancang konten untuk Instagram Sevendor dengan tiga ide utama, yaitu konten promosi, edukatif, dan informatif. Perancang dan Tim telah melakukan survei untuk mengetahui tingkatan brand awareness dari Sevendor.Id. Survei dilakukan dengan membagikan kuisioner kepada konsumen Sevendor.Id, followers akun Instagram dan Shopee Sevendor.Id. Tingkatan brand awareness Sevendor.Id berdasarkan hasil survei yang telah dilakukan sudah sampai tingkatan. Kata Kunci: Brand Awareness, Instagram, Sevendor.Id.
