Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of work stress, burnout and organizational commitment on turnover intention at PT Alkagra Seni Glass. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this research is 60 Alkagra Seni Glass employees. The approach used in this study is Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model with Smart-PLS analysis tools. The results showed that work stress has a significant positive effect on turnover intention in PT Alkagra Seni Glass employees. burnout has a significant positive effect on turnover intention on PT Alkagra Seni Glass employees. Organizational Commitment has a significant negative effect on turnover intention on employees of PT. Alkagra Art Glass. Keywords:Work Stress, Burnout, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, burnout dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention pada PT Alkagra Seni Glass. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Alkagra Seni Glass sebanyak 60 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Model dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT Alkagra Seni Glass. burnout berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT Alkagra Seni Glass. Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT. Alkagra Seni Glass. Kata kunci : Stres Kerja, Burnout, Komitmen Organisasi, Turnover Intention.
