Abstract
PT. Platinum Dwimitra Industry is a company engaged in the ceramic distributor. This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, compensation, and work motivation on employee performance. The population in this study were 58 employees of PT. Platinum Dwimitra Industy. The sample used was 58 employees. The sampling method uses saturated sampling. The method of collecting data uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. This study proves that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. workload does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Motivation, Compensation, Workload , Employee Performance. PT. Platinum Dwimitra Industry merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distributor keramik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, kompensasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 58 karyawan PT. Platinum Dwimitra Industy. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 58 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. beban kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
