Abstract

This research aims to study the influences of leadership style and work stress to police officers’ performance. The objects for this research are members of the Police Department at East Lampung Precinct. This research was conducted to 88 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 23.0 for Windows. The results of this research showed that leadership style and work stress both significantly influenced the performance of the members of Police Department at East Lampung Precinct. Thus, the research hypotheses were accepted. Keywords: leadership style, work stress, performance of the members of the Police Department at East Lampung Precinct Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja. Objek penelitian ini adalah anggota Polri di Polres Lampung Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 88 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Oleh karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda dengan Windows SPSS versi 23.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan stres kerja secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja anggota Polri di Polres Lampung Timur. Dengan demikian, Hipotesis penelitian diterima. Kata Kunci: gaya kepemimpinan, stres kerja, kinerja, anggota Polri di Polres Lampung Timur
