Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influences of competency, compensation, and work environment on the performance of IT division employess on PT Sumber Trijaya Lestari (Alfacart). The data of this study are IT employees performance report data for 24 months, evaluation from January 2016 to December 2017 while the distribution of questionnaires was carried out by 80 IT division employees related to female and male sex, from the level of staff, Specialist, Manager, and Head of IT. The method used to analyze data in this study is a quantitative approach using SPSS version 23 for Windows. The results of the study show that competency and work environment had significant and positive effect on employee performance. Compensation has no significant effect on employee performance. competency, compensation, and work environment simultaneously have significant influences on employees division performance on PT Sumber Trijaya Lestari (Alfacart). Keywords: Competency, Compensation, Work Environment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi, Kompensasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan divisi IT di PT Sumber Trijaya Lestari (Alfacart). Data penelitian ini merupaan data laporan kinerja karyawan divisi IT selama 24 bulan, terhitung dari bulan Januari 2016 sampai dengan bulan Desember 2017, sedangkan untuk penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan kepada 80 orang karyawan divisi IT yang meliputi jenis kelamin perempuan dan laki-laki, dari jabatan level Staff, Specialist, Manager, dan Head of IT. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23 untuk windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kompetensi dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Karyaryawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kompetensi, Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan berpenaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Divisi IT di PT Sumber Trijaya Lestari (Alfacart) Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan
