Abstract
The purpose of this study is to know the phenomena that happened in a company, the decline in employee performance caused by low organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study use saturated sample that was conducted by 69 respondent as employees and support by using primary data techiniques. The method in this study is PLS 3.0. This research method uses a causal qualitative design. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance and OCB has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Kerwords: Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fenomena yang terjadi dalam perusahaan, menurunnya kinerja karyawan yang disebabkan oleh rendahnya komitmen organisasional dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh sebanyak 69 responden yang merupakan karyawan dan didukung dengan teknik pengumpulan data primer. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah PLS 3.0. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif kausal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan OCB berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
