Abstract
The practice of outsourcing has so far been recognized to be more detrimental to its workers because work relationships are always in the form of non-permanent or contractual arrangements (certain time contract agreements), lower wages, limited social security, lack of job security, and lack of career development guarantees. From the results of interviews with HRD PT. XYZ, revealed that at least every month there are always outsourcing employees who resign for several reasons. The most frequently cited reason is finding a new and better place to work in terms of salary and benefits. From the picture above indicates there is doubt for organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and work stress as an outsourced employee at PT XYZ which is enough to affect turnover intention. With quisionare method, we can get 70 respondences and we get the analysis data from smart PLS analysis, it can be seen that the effect of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and job stress on turnover intention is 95.9% and 4.1% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Job Stres, Turnover Intention, SmartPLS Praktik outsourcing selama ini diakui lebih banyak merugikan pekerjanya karena hubungan kerja selalu dalam bentuk tidak tetap atau kontrak (perjanjian kontrak waktu tertentu), upah lebih rendah, jaminan sosial hanya sebatas minimal, tidak adanya keamanan kerja, serta tidak adanya jaminan pengembangan karir. Dari hasil wawancara dengan pihak HRD PT. XYZ, mengungkapkan bahwa setidaknya dalam setiap bulan selalu ada karyawan outsourcing yang mengundurkan diri dengan beberapa alasan. Alasan yang paling sering diungkapkan adalah menemukan tempat bekerja yang baru dan yang lebih baik dari segi gaji dan tunjangan. Dari gambaran diatas mengindikasikan adanya keraguan untuk komitmen organisasi, ketidakpuasan dalam bekerja, timbulnya stress kerja sebagai seorang karyawan outsourcing di PT XYZ yang cukup mempengaruhi turnover intention. Dengan penyebaran kuisioner terhadap 70 orang responden didapatkan hasil analisis smart PLS bahwa pengaruh komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan stress kerja terhadap turnover intention adalah sebesar 95,9% dan 4,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya.
