Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, organizational culture and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT Ciputra Sentra. This type of research is quantitative research with the sampling method used is simple random sampling. The population is all employees of PT Ciputra Sentra and by using the Slovin formula obtained a sample of 98 people. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that work discipline, organizational culture and job satisfaction together (simultaneous) significantly influence employee performance. Partially work discipline and organizational culture have an effect on and significant on employee performance, while job satisfacion has an effect but not significantly on employee performance. Based on the results of the study, it is suggested that to improve work discipline, the company must always direct employee discipline according to the company's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) by providing guidance as a form of warning to employees on the importance of work discipline Keywords: work discipline, organizational culture, job satisfaction and employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Ciputra Sentra. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Populasi adalah seluruh karyawan PT Ciputra Sentra dan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin diperoleh sampel sebanyak 98 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja bersama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan bahwa untuk meningkatkan disiplin kerja, perusahaan harus selalu mengarahkan disiplin kerja karyawan sesuai dengan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) perusahaan dengan memberikan panduan sebagai bentuk peringatan kepada karyawan tentang pentingnya disiplin kerja.
