Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of Transformational leadership style, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and compensation to employee performance in PT Citra Yasa Persada. This research is a descriptive quantitative study aimed at analyzing the relationship between one variable and another. Primary data is collected through the dissemination of questionnaires, secondary data obtained through library studies. The object and population in this study were 90 employees of PT Citra Yasa Persada. The sampling method is a saturated sampling where the entire population is made sample. The research method using Likert scale and variable measurements uses Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20 with multiple linear regression methods. Keywords: transformational leadership, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, compensation, employee performance Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Citra Yasa Persada. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi pustaka. Objek dan populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 90 orang karyawan dari PT Citra Yasa Persada. Metode sampling adalah sampling jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan Skala Likert dan pengukuran variabel menggunakan Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 20 dengan metode regresi linear berganda.. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan
