Abstract
This study aims to see the effect of Career Development, Compensation, and Organizational Communication on Organization Citizenship Behavior among millennial employees at PT Rajawali Nusindo. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were 110 employees and the sample used in this study was 87 employees using the Slovin approach. Primary data can be obtained from questionnaires and interviews. The hypothesis is tested using regression analysis using SPSS 23 software. This study uses a sampling method with random sampling technique and the analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Career Development has a significant positive effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior, Compensation has a significant positive effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior, Communication has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and simultaneously Compensation and Organizational Communication has a significant effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior. In this study, the variable that greatly affects the Organization Citizenship Behavior for millennial employees at PT Rajawali Nusindo is compensation. Keywords: Career Development, Compensation, Organizational Communication, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). i ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengembangan Karir, Kompensasi, Dan Komunikasi Organisasi terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior pada karyawan millennial di PT Rajawali Nusindo. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 110 karyawan dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 87 karyawan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Slovin. Data primer di dapat dari dengan kuesioner dan wawancara. Hipotesis di uji dengan menggunakan analisa regresi menggunakan software SPSS 23. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel non probability dengan tehnik random sampling dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penilitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior, Kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior, Komunikasi Organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan Terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior dan secara simultan Pengembangan Karir, Kompensasi Dan Komunikasi Organsiasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior. Dalam penelitian ini variabel yang sangat mempengaruhi Organization Citizenship Behavior pada karyawan millennial di PT Rajawali Nusindo yaitu kompensasi.
