Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Embeddedness Job, Compensation and Organizational Commitment on marketing turnover intention at PT. Jabodetabek Pharmacy Novell Laboratory. This type of quantitative research with a total population of marketing employees at PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories Jabodetabek Region with 447 employees, the sample uses the Slovin formulation with 82 employees. The results found in this study Job Embeddedness, Compensation and Organizational Commitment have a negative and significant effect on turnover intentions. The results of this study. Job Embeddedness has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, Compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Based on the results of this study the company seeks to strengthen the existence of employees to foster a sense of work involvement in an organization, so that there is an increase in salaries, incentives and other benefits to reduce employee turnover intentions, the company needs to show the achievement of employee plans in an organization with certain improvements, and employees who wanting to work with companies has a sense of responsibility so it is not easy to leave the company Keyword: Job Embeddedness, Compensation and Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Job Embeddedness, Kompensasi dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap turnover intention marketing di PT. Laboratorium Novell Farmasi Jabodetabek. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan total populasi karyawan bagian pemasaran di PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories Wilayah Jabodetabek dengan 447 karyawan, sampel menggunakan formulasi Slovin dengan 82 karyawan. Hasil yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini Job Embeddedness, Kompensasi dan Komitmen Organisasi memiliki efek negatif dan signifikan terhadap niat turnover intention. Hasil penelitian ini. Job Embeddedness berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini perusahaan berusaha memantapkan keberadaan karyawan untuk menumbuhkan rasa keterlibatan kerja dalam suatu organisasi, sehingga terjadi peningkatan gaji, insentif dan manfaat lainnya untuk tetap mengurangi niat pergantian karyawan, perusahaan perlu menunjukkan pencapaian rencana karyawan dalam suatu organisasi dengan perbaikan tertentu, dan karyawan yang ingin bekerja dengan perusahaan memiliki rasa tanggung jawab sehingga tidak mudah untuk meninggalkan perusahaan Kata Kunci: Job Embeddedness, Kompensasi, Komitmen Organisasi, Turnover Intention
