Abstract
This study aims to analyze the Effect of Leadership Style, Organizational Communication and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction. The object of research used in this study were employees of PT. Owl Eyewear Indonesia. In this study the research design used was a causal research design with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. Owl Eyewear Indonesia numbered 90 employees with the saturated sample method. This research uses structural equation modeling analysis method through partial least square version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, (2) Based on the results of the study, it is known that Organizational Communication has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, (3) The results of the study indicate that the Work Environment influences positive and significant impact on Employee Job Satisfaction. Keywords: Leadership Style, Organizational Communication, Work Environment, Employee Job Statisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Objek penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Owl Eyewear Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Owl Eyewear Indonesia berjumlah 90 karyawan dengan metode sampel jenuh. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode analisis structural equation modelling melalui partial least square versi 3.0. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan, (2) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa Komunikasi Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan, (3) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan.
