Abstract
This study aims to measure the effect of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior of SMK Satria Srengseng teachers, this research is quantitative. The population is all teaching teachers and staff. The sampling technique with nonrandom sampling is saturated sample with a total of 70 teachers. Research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. T-test results for the variable organizational commitment, job satisfaction and partial work motivation are significantly positive towards organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). F-test results for the variables of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and work motivation simultaneously are significant for organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Suggestions for further research are to include compensation factors as additional independent variables. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation, OCB Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur pengaruh komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior guru SMK Satria Srengseng, penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Populasi adalah semua guru pengajar beserta staff. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan nonrandom sampling yaitu sampel jenuh dengan total 70 guru. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji-t untuk variabel komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara parsial ialah positif signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (ocb). Hasil uji-F untuk variabel komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan ialah signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (ocb). Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya yaitu memasukan faktor kompensasi sebagai variabel bebas tambahan. Kata Kunci: Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, OCB
