Abstract
The aim of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work discipline and work motivation on employee’s performance. The population in this study was fifty employees of the Karya Sang Timur Foundation. The sample was used as many as fifty employees, taken using the saturated sample method. The method of collecting data used a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Data analysis method used Partial Least Square. This study proved that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance. Work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance. Work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan Yayasan Karya Sang Timur. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 50 karyawan, yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
