Abstract
Organizational commitment is very important for every organization with the hope that high commitment to achieve good performance in achieving goals. In increasing organizational commitment, attention is paid to workload and compensation and a good work environment. This study aims to look at the effect of workload, compensation and work environment on organizational commitment at PT Pegadaian Regional Office IX Jakarta 2. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, the results of this study reveal that together or simultaneously that the three variables affect the organizational commitment. The variable workload partial test results, compensation and work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Keywords: Workload, compensation, work environment and organizational commitment Komitmen organisasi sangat penting bagi setiap organisasi dengan harapan bahwa komitmen yang tinggi demi tercapainya kinerja yang baik dalam mencapai tujuan. Dalam meningkatkan komitmen organisasional diperlukan perhatian terhadap beban kerja serta kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh beban kerja, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasinal di PT Pegadaian Kantor Wilayah IX Jakarta 2. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa secara bersama-sama atau simultan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Hasil uji parsial variabel Beban Kerja, kompensasi dan variable lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional.
