Abstract
This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of role conflict and workload on employee performance with burnout as an intervening variable for employees of PT. EDI Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this research is 80 employees of PT. EDI Indonesia. The approach used in this research is Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model with analysis tool Smart-PLS. The results showed role-conflict that has positive and significant effect on burnout. Workload that has positive and significant effect on burnout. Role-conflict that has negative and significant effect on employee performance. Workload that has negative and significant effect on employee performance. Burnout that has negative and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Role-conflict, Workload, Burnout, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh konflik peran dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan burnout sebagai variable intervening pada PT EDI Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT EDI Indonesia sebanyak 80 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Model dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan konflik peran berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap burnout karyawan PT. EDI Indonesia. Beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap burnout karyawan PT. EDI Indonesia. Konflik peran berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. EDI Indonesia. Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. EDI Indonesia. Burnout berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. EDI Indonesia. Kata kunci : Konflik Peran, Beban Kerja, Burnout, Kinerja Karyawan.
