Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence Employee Competence, Work Experience and Spirit of Work on Employee Work Productivity at ARTechS Perum LKBN Antara. The Object of this research is employee in ARTechS Perum LKBN Antara located in Jakarta. This research was conducted on 42 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the analysis of the data used to be processed by using SEM the PLS (Partial Least Square) Program Version 3.0. The results of this research shows that the variables Employee Competence and Work Experience have a significant positive effects to Employee Work Productivity. While the Variable Spirit of Work does not significant to Employee Work Productivity. Keywords: Employee Competence, Work Experience, Spirit of Work, Employee Work Productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi Karyawan, Pengalaman Kerja dan Semangat Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan di ARTechS Perum LKBN Antara. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan ARTechS Perum LKBN Antara yang berlokasi di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 42 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan untuk diolah adalah SEM dengan menggunakan program PLS (Partial Least Square) Versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi karyawan dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. sedangkan variabel semangat kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Kompetensi Karyawan, Pengalaman Kerja, Semangat Kerja, Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan
