Abstract
The research was conducted to obtain influence style transformational leadership, commitment and insecurity viability work on performance outsourcing employees in pt indosat tbk group custmer operations.Popoulasi the research is about 302 people and used as samples is 80 people or 26,3 % employees outsourcing pt indosat tbk group customer operations, sample sample use is saturated and measured by likert scale.Data were collected using kuisioner.Analysis of data both linear regression and mixed with multiple spss 21. The results of the study shows that koefsien test the hypothesis of determination ( adjusted r2 ) as much as 0,075 which means 7.57 % outsourcing of employee performance effected by force transformational leadership , commitment and organisational work on inconvenience related to the , while 92.5 % described by other variables that had not been included in the model this research .To test the accuracy of a model the value of f count as much as 3,134 or greater than f table namely 2,72 with a value of significance in 0,030 or lower prices than 0.05 so it can it was stated that the transformational leadership style , commitment and organisational work on inconvenience related to the influence significantly to the performance of work employees together. Based on the results of the significance partial leadership influential style transformational positive and significantly to employee performance outsourcing, the influential viability negative and significantly to employee performance outsourcing, while job insecurity have negative effects and against employee performance outsourcing PT Indosat Tbk Group Customer Operations. Keyword: leadership transformational, organizational commitment, job insecurity, work performance Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, komitmen organisasional dan ketidakamanan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan outsourcing di PT Indosat Tbk Group Custmer Operations. Popoulasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 302 orang dan yang digunakan sebagai sampel adalah 80 orang atau 26,3% karyawan outsourcing di PT Indosat Tbk Group Customer Operations, sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dan diukur dengan skala Likert. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis data menggunkan regresi linear berganda dan diolah dengan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa koefsien determinasi (adjusted R2) sebesar 0,075 yang artinya 7,5% kinerja karyawan outsourcing dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, komitmen organisasional dan ketidakamanan kerja, sedangkan 92,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini. Untuk uji ketepatan model nilai f hitung sebesar 3,134 atau lebih besar dari f tabel yaitu 2,72 dengan nilai signifikasi 0,040 atau lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, komitmen organisational dan ketidakamanan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan secara bersama-sama. Berdasarkan hasil uji signifikansi parsial gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan outsourcing, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan outsourcing, sedangkan ketidakamanan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan terhadap kinerja karyawan outsourcing di PT Indosat Tbk Group Customer Operations. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan transformasional, komitmen organisasional, ketidakamanan kerja, kinerja karyawan.
