Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of transactional leadership, workload, and distributive justice to turnover intention on employees of PT. Panca Logam Sukses Mandiri. Population in this research is employees of PT. Panca Logam Sukses Mandiri, amounting to 52 employees. The sample of this study amounted to 52 employees by using sampling method that is saturated samples. Data analysis method in this research using Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling, Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study prove that transactional leadership has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Workload has no effect on turnover intention. Distributive justice has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Transactional Leadership, Workload, Distributive Justice and Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional, beban kerja, dan keadilan distributif terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT. Panca Logam Sukses Mandiri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Panca Logam Suskes Mandiri yang berjumlah 52 karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 52 karyawan dengan menggunakan metode penarikan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling, Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Keadilan distributif berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Beban Kerja, Keadilan Distributif dan Turnover Intention .
