Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of Career, Compensation and Transformational Leadership on Turnover Intention. This research was conducted at PT. XYZ Indonesia, respondents used as many as 114 employees who work at the Kemayoran, Jakarta of PT. XYZ Indonesia and Jl. Mangga Dua Raya, Jakarta PT. XYZ Indonesia. Data is processed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 24. The result of the research shows that Career has negative effect on Turnover Intention, Compensation has negative effect on Turnover Intention and Transformational Leadership negatively affect Turnover Intention. Keywords: career, compensation, transformational leadership , turnover intention. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji Pengaruh Karir, Kompensasi dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. XYZ Indonesia, responden yang digunakan sebanyak 114 karyawan yang bekerja dikantor Kemayoran, Jakarta PT. XYZ Indonesia dan Jl. Mangga Dua Raya, Jakarta PT. XYZ Indonesia. Data diolah dengan menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) Versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwan Karir berpengaruh negatif terhadapt Turnover Intention, Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention. Kata Kunci : karir, kompensasi, kepemimpinan transformasional, niat untuk pindah.
