Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Workload, and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention at PT. Sinabudi Intraco. The population in this study is the production employees of the Sewing Section of PT. Intraco Sinarbudi which numbered 109 people and the sample taken in this study were 109 respondents. The sample determination method in this study uses saturated samples. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression with, simultaneous test, t test hypothesis test, and Adjusted R Square. Data processing in this study uses SPSS version 23. The results of the study prove that Leadership Style has no effect on Turnover Intention. Workload has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. And Job Satisfaction has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention. Keywords: Leadership Style, Workload, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Beban Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention pada PT. Sinabudi Intraco. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan produksi bagian Jahit Badan PT. Sinarbudi Intraco yang berjumlah 109 orang dan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 109 responden. Metode penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda dengan, uji simultan, uji hipotesis uji t, dan Adjusted R Square. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention. Beban Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Beban Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Turnover Intention
