Abstract

The researcher conducted a study to test and explore in more detail the influence of organizational commitment and workload on cyberloafing behavior with work stress as a mediating variable. The population in this study were employees at PT. PLN Nusantara Power Up Muara Karang. The method used was a quantitative method by taking samples or can also be called probability sampling. Sampling was carried out on 200 populations which then carried out slovin calculations. The results obtained were based on taking samples from 133 participants. Multiple linear regression is the method used assisted by SmartPLS 3.0 software. and Spss 23. The results of data processing showed that organizational commitment had a positive and insignificant effect on cyberloafing behavior, and a negative and significant effect on work stress. Workload had a positive and significant effect on cyberloafing behavior, but a negative and significant effect on work stress. While work stress had a positive and insignificant effect on cyberloafing behavior, in addition, work stress was unable to mediate organizational commitment and workload on cyberloafing behavior. Keywords: Organizational commitment, workload, cyberloafing behavior, work stress Peneliti melakukan penelitian berupaya untuk malakukan pengujian dan menggali lebih detail pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan beban kerja terhadap perilaku cyberloafing dengan stres kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai pada PT. PLN Nusantara Power Up Muara Karang. Metode yang digunakan berupa metode kuantitatif dengan cara mengambil sampel atau bisa disebut juga dengan probability sampling. Pengambilan sampling dilakukan kepada 200 populasi yang selanjutnya melakukan perhitungan slovin. Hasil yang didapat berdasarkan pengambilan sampe kepada sebanyak 133 peserta. Regresi linier berganda adalah metode yang digunakan dibantu dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. dan Spss 23. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukan bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap perilaku cyberloafing, serta berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap stress kerja. Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku cyberloafing, namun berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap stress kerja. Sementara stress kerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap perilaku cyberloafing, selain itu stress kerja tidak mampu memediasi komitmen organisasi dan beban kerja terhadap perilaku cyberloafing.
