Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, appreciation, and career path on employee turnover. The population of this study were 60 permanent employees of PT. Tirta Fresindo Jaya. The sample used was 60 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through a survey using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The data analysis method used was Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that Compensation has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover. Appreciation has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover. Career Path has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover. This study not only contributes to the development of theories related to factors that influence employee turnover, but also provides practical insights for companies in formulating managerial policies to reduce turnover, which is very important for the sustainability of the company. Keywords: Compensation, Work Appreciation, Career Path, Turnover Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, apresiasi, dan career path terhadap turnover karyawan. Populasi yang menjadi penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT. Tirta Fresindo Jaya sebanyak 60 orang karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 responden menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover karyawan. Apresiasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover karyawan. Career Path berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover karyawan. Penelitian ini tidak hanya memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan teori terkait faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover karyawan, tetapi juga memberikan wawasan praktis bagi perusahaan dalam merumuskan kebijakan manajerial untuk mengurangi turnover, yang sangat penting untuk keberlanjutan perusahaan.
