Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of work environment, work stress and transformational leadership on employee performance study of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Daan Mogot Branch Office, West Jakarta. The population in this were employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Daan Mogot Branch Office, West Jakarta with a total of 93 respondents. The sampling technique used was Non-Probability Sampling, namely saturated samples, so that researchers included 93 employees as respondents. The data collection method uses the survey method, with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The result prove that work environment has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Work stress has a significant and negative effect on employee performance. Transformational Leadership has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: work environment, work stress, transformational leadership, employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, stres kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Kantor Cabang Daan Mogot Jakarta Barat. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Kantor Cabang Daan Mogot Jakarta Barat dengan jumlah 93 responden. Teknik Sampling yang digunakan adalah Non-Probability Sampling, yaitu sampel jenuh, sehingga peneliti memasukkan 93 karyawan sebagai responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode Survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.
