Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and organizational commitment mediated by work stress and the effect of burnout on cyberloafing behavior at PT Valdo Sumber Daya Mandiri Tangerang branch. This study uses SEM data analysis techniques and data processing using Smart-PLS. The population of permanent employees of PT Valdo Sumber Daya Mandiri Tangerang branch with a sample of 25 respondents. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. By using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that workload has a negative and insignificant effect on cyberloafing behavior, commitment has a negative and insignificant effect on cyberloafing behavior, burnout has a positive and significant effect on cyberloafing behavior, workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress, organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on cyberloafing. not significant to work stress, work stress has a negative and insignificant effect on cyberloafing behavior, workload has a negative and insignificant effect on cyberloafing behavior that is not mediated by job stress, and organizational commitment has a negative and insignificant effect on cyberloafing behavior that is not mediated by stress work. Keywords: Workload, Organizational Commitment, Burnout, Cyberloafing Behavior, and Job Stress Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi yang di Mediasi Stres Kerja dan Pengaruh Burnout terhadap Perilaku Cyberloafing di PT Valdo Sumber Daya Mandiri cabang Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data SEM dan pengolahan data menggunakan SmartPLS. Populasi karyawan tetap PT Valdo Sumber Daya Mandiri cabang Tangerang dengan sampel 25 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh . Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Beban Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Perilaku Cyberloafing, Komitmen berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Perilaku Cyberloafing, Burnout berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Cyberloafing, Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja, Stres Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Perilaku Cyberloafing, Beban Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Perilaku Cyberloafing yang tidak di mediasi Stres Kerja, dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Perilaku Cyberloafing yang tidak di mediasi Stres Kerja.
