Abstract

ANALISIS KINERJA PELAYANAN ANGKUTAN UMUM (STUDI KASUS MIKROTRANS JAK 36 TRAYEK CILANGKAP - CILILITAN) Angkutan umum mikrotrans Jak 36 merupakan angkutan umum di wilayah Jakarta Timur yang menghubungkan wilayah antara cilangkap dan cililitan dengan jarak sekitar 22,4 kilometer. Angkutan umum mikrotrans Jak 36 diluncurkan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta dengan tujuan adanya angkutan umum yang terintergrasi dengan angkutan lainnya dengan biaya yang murah agar dapat menurunkan biaya transportasi masyarakat DKI Jakarta. Dengan meningkatnya mobilitas penduduk yang berada pada trayek cilangkap sampai cililitan, maka dituntut tersedianya angkutan umum yang memenuhi syarat-syarat kelancaran, kenyamanan dan keamanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan standar pelayanan minimal Ditjen Perhubungan Darat dan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Standar pelayanan minimal digunakan untuk mengetahui kinerja angkutan umum yang sudah ada , sedangkan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) digunakan untuk mengetahui kepuasan penumpang dari kinerja pelayanan angkutan umum yang sedang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji coba dilapangan tentang Analisis Kinerja Pelayanan Angkutan Umum Mikrotrans Jak 36 trayek cilangkap – cililitan termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan skor 21. Hasil dari Waktu Antara (Headway) rata – rata sebesar 15 menit, Waktu Perjalanan 17 jam, Frekuensi rata – rata 4 kendaraan dalam 1 jam , Jumlah Kendaraan Beroperasi 100%, Waktu Tunggu 8 menit dan Awal dan Akhir Perjalanan jam 05:00 – 22:00 , Dengan demikian Angkutan Umum Mikrotrans Jak 36 ini layak di gunakan sebagai salah satu moda transportasi pada trayek cilangkap sampai cililitan. Jak 36 microtrans public transportation was launched by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta with the aim of public transportation that is integrated with other transportation at a low cost in order to reduce the transportation costs of the people of DKI Jakarta. With the increase in mobility of residents who are on the cilangkap to cililitan route , then demanded the availability of public transport that meets the requirements of fluency, comfort and safety. This study uses a standard service mini m a l Directorate General of Land Transportation and methods Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Minimum service standards are used to determine the performance of existing public transport , while the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method is used to determine passenger satisfaction from the performance of public transport services that are being studied. The results of this study indicate that the results of field trials on the Analysis of the Performance of Public Transport Services of the Jak 36 Microtrans Transport Route are included in the good category with a score of 21 . The results of the Intermediate Time ( Headway ) are 15 minutes on average , 17 hours of travel time, the average frequency of 4 vehicles in 1 hour , the number of vehicles operating 100%, the waiting time of 8 minutes and the beginning and end of trips at 05:00 - 22:00 , Thus the Jak 36 Mikrotrans Public Transport is feasible to be used as one of the modes of transportation on the cilangkap to cililitan route .
