Abstract
This study discusses to analyze the influence of culture, work coordination and compensation on employee job satisfaction. The population in this study was 58 employees at the Lippo Karawaci Branch Elizabeth Office. The sample used was 58 respondents. The sampling method uses convenience sampling. The method of collecting data uses a survey method, with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This research proves the importance of work culture. Work discipline does not significantly affect job satisfaction. No significant compensation for job satisfaction. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, Compensation, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 58 karyawan pada Kantor Elizabeth Cabang Lippo Karawaci. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 58 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa budaya organisasi signifikan mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja. Disiplin kerja tidak secara signifikan mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja. Kompensasi tidak secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja
