Abstract
This research is aims to know the influence of competence, work ability and work conflict on employee performances of PT. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk. This research uses survey method by using primary data obtained from questionnaire. The sample in this research is 96 respondents in a division of human capital and division marketing. Samples taken with the technique of Satura Samples (Census) is the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population used as a sample. Teknik analysis in this study using multiple linear regression. The result of this research shows that the variabel competence, work ability and work conflict have a significant positif effect on employee performances of PT. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk. Keywords : Competence, Work ability, Work conflict, Employee performances Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, kemampuan kerja, dan konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 96 responden pada divisi human capital dan divisi marketing. Sampel diambil dengan teknik sampel jenuh (Sensus) yaitu teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi, kemampuan kerja, dan konflik kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk.
