Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out the Implications of WFH (WORK FROM HOME) Policy ON Work Motivation And Work Discipline On Teacher Performance With Work Stress As Intervening (Case Study : SMKN 9 Bekasi) using quantitative descriptive approach. The data in the study was obtained from 63 respondents who were employees of SMKN 9 Bekasi. The data analysis in this study uses an alternative method of structural equation modeling (SEM) namely partial least square (PLS). The first stage in this study is to test the validity of each variable's question with its reliability. The second stage tests the Implications of WFH (WORK FROM HOME) Policy ON Work Motivation And Work Discipline Against Teacher Performance With Work Stress As Intervening. The results of this study stated that the variable of work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance, work motivation negatively affects Work Stress, Work Discipline negatively affects Work Stress and Work Stress has a positive and significant effect on Performance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Implikasi Kebijakan WFH (WORK FROM HOME) PADA Motivasi Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Dengan Stres Kerja Sebagai Intervening (Studi Kasus : SMKN 9 Bekasi) dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari 63 responden yang merupakan karyawan SMKN 9 Bekasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode alternatif dari structural equation modeling (SEM) yaitu partial least square (PLS). Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji Implikasi Kebijakan WFH (WORK FROM HOME) PADA Motivasi Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Dengan Stres Kerja Sebagai Intervening. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, Motivasi kerja berpengaruh negative terhadap Stres Kerja, Disiplin kerja berpengaruh negative terhadap Stres Kerja dan Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja.
